Cancellation

Cancel 30 days or more before check-in and everything you paid is refunded.
Cancel 7 to 29 days before check-in and we keep half the booking total; anything you paid beyond that is refunded.
Cancel within 7 days of check-in and the stay is not refundable.

House rules

No pets, please.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or out.
No parties or events. The number of guests staying is the number on your booking, up to six.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The neighbors are families, and sound carries over water.
Nobody swims alone, and children stay with an adult at the pool at all times.

Deposit

Half the booking total is due when we confirm your request, and the balance 14 days before check-in. If you book within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is due at confirmation. We will send payment details when we confirm your request.

Payment is taken on a hosted checkout page. No card details are ever entered on this site.
