We lived in Palmetto Bay before we rented this house out, on a street much like this one. We are not a management company and there is nobody between you and us. You write, we write back.

Palmetto Bay is the sweet spot. It is residential and quiet, the kind of street where the loudest thing at seven in the morning is a peacock. It is also half an hour from most of Miami: Coral Gables and the Grove for dinner, Key Biscayne for the Atlantic, South Beach when you want the noise, Key Largo if you leave early.

That is the whole idea. A house with a heated pool and a fenced garden, priced so a family can take it for a week and still afford the days out. We rent it directly for the same reason: fewer hands between what you pay and what the house costs.
