Payment

A reservation is confirmed by Palmetto Bay Getaway LLC once we have accepted your dates and your first payment has cleared. That first payment is a rental deposit, not a security or damage deposit.

• Booked sixty (60) days or more before arrival, for seven nights or longer: fifty percent (50%) of the booking total at booking, a further twenty-five percent (25%) sixty (60) days before arrival, and the balance thirty (30) days before arrival.
• Booked less than sixty (60) days before arrival, or for fewer than seven nights: the booking total in full at booking.
• Payment is made by a major credit card on a secure checkout page. We never ask for card details by email or by telephone.
• If we cannot accept your reservation, everything you have paid is refunded immediately.
• No stay begins until payment has cleared in full. If a payment is late or a card is declined, the reservation may be cancelled and anything already paid is treated under our cancellation policy.
